Job Description

Overview Under the direction of the Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist and in association with the radiologists, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist conducts themselves in a professional manner, responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. The technologist performs services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice and demonstrates expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to the patient, self and other members of the health care team.
Qualifications Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of
Nuclear Medicine Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • State of FL Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist license
  • ARRT(N) through ARRT or CNMT through NMTCB
  • BLS Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand
