This is an exciting opportunity to join a patient-focused imaging team and work in a specialized PET/CT environment using advanced imaging technology in a supportive clinical setting. Work with a Siemens Biograph PET/CT system while gaining valuable experience in a highly specialized imaging role. The facility offers flexible scheduling with either a Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday option, creating excellent work-life balance while maintaining steady hours. This assignment also offers strong earning potential with weekly pay around $3,200, including untaxed stipends for eligible travelers . Compensation:
Weekly pay: Approximately $3,200 Includes untaxed stipends for eligible travelers
Responsibilities:
Perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician orders Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Operate Siemens Biograph PET/CT equipment safely and efficiently Administer radiopharmaceuticals according to department protocols Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
Skills:
Strong attention to detail Excellent patient care and communication skills Knowledge of PET/CT imaging procedures and radiation safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Qualifications/Education:
Florida Nuclear Medicine License required NMTCB or ARRT Certification required Licensing assistance available if needed
Experience:
Previous Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required PET/CT experience preferred Experience with Siemens imaging equipment preferred
Work Hours:
8:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM, approximately 32-35 hours per week; Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday options available Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
