Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant coastal charm of Venice, Florida, in your next travel assignment as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist specializing in PET/CT imaging. This 13-week assignment is ideal for imaging professionals eager to expand their expertise on state-of-the-art equipment, specifically the Siemens Biograph machine. You'll refine your technical skills, broaden your clinical acumen, and gain invaluable experience interfacing with various leadership styles—all while adding a distinctive highlight to your resume.
Schedule Options:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 2:30 or 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:30 or 3:00 pm
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Florida state license in Nuclear Medicine Technology Current NMTCB or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) certification Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech, with PET/CT expertise Proficiency operating Siemens Biograph equipment preferred Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PET/CT and general nuclear medicine procedures with precision and safety Calibrate and operate Siemens Biograph scanner Accurately document and report imaging results Maintain strict adherence to radiological safety standards Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and supporting clinical staff
