Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract A skilled Nuclear Med/PET CT Tech is needed for a 13-week contract assignment in a dynamic imaging environment. Schedule:

4x10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures with accuracy and efficiency Adhere strictly to safety protocols and radiation protection standards Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other team members, ensuring transparent patient care Calibrate and operate sophisticated imaging equipment, troubleshooting as necessary Maintain meticulous records and accurate patient documentation in accordance with clinical policies Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to float to other areas as needed to support department operations

Qualifications:

Valid and active FL state license for Nuclear Medicine Technology Completion of ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification Current BLS certification At least one year of experience in an acute care setting Strong technical knowledge in nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures Commitment to excellent patient care and strong communication skills Willingness to adapt and float to different units if needed
