Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in patient care with this opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This contract role is ideal for professionals skilled in Imaging and Nuclear Medicine who thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Every other weekend rotation required
Qualifications:
Active certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Proven experience in Nuclear Medicine and advanced Imaging techniques Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing procedures and patient needs
Key Responsibilities:
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to deliver high quality diagnostic images Administer radiopharmaceuticals and maintain accurate records per regulatory standards Perform quality control procedures and adhere to safety guidelines for radiation protection Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients regarding procedures, answering questions and ensuring comfort Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control protocols
