Job Description

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Take your nuclear medicine expertise to the next level in a dynamic imaging department serving adolescent through geriatric populations. This contract role offers close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess at least two years of nuclear medicine experience. First-time travelers are not accepted.
Schedule & Hours:
Day shift, four 10-hour shifts per week (06:00 - 17:30) Every other weekend required Weekday/weekend call rotation: 1 week per month (
M-F:
shift end to 2300; weekends: 0700-2300) Floating as needed within facility and scope of practice Holiday coverage required per assignment details
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' nuclear medicine experience in a hospital setting
Certifications:
BLS, ARRT-R, NMTCB
Proficiency with nuclear medicine equipment including Xceleris processing system, Fuji Synapse 5 (PACS), AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe/Well Counter, Capintec CRC-55tR and CRC-15 Beta dose calibrators, LudLum Model 14C, and Bicron 2000 survey meters Epic electronic medical record experience required Familiarity with PACS, Philips Skylight, Siemens Symbia Evo Clinical fit determined through screening process Must wear dark grey scrubs
Responsibilities:
Conduct a range of diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures with accuracy and safety Operate and maintain specialized nuclear med imaging equipment Review and process imaging data using both onsite and PACS systems Manage patient safety and comfort from prep through procedure completion Float within department as needed and provide consistent documentation
