Performs clinical diagnostic nuclear medicine testing which includes: general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer processing associated with these studies. This work is performed under the direction of a radiologist. Responsible for ensuring the safe use of radiation. Responsible for the radiation licensing in all applicable facilities. Responsible for all elements of Nuclear Medicine Accreditation and maintenance of accreditation. Position Qualifications Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Technical position involving a support role in clinical training Registration/license as required by the State of Illinois BLS certification through AHA required Eligible for up to a $21,000 sign-on bonus!!
