The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.
Responsibilities:
The Nuclear Medicine technologist will support patient care by performing quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and other duties as assigned. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety. Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement. Supports the Radiology Department and reports to the Nuclear Medicine /Radiology Director.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or nuclear medicine technology Registered by the ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB in good standing Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts One year of experience as an ARRT (R)(N) or
NMTCB BLS
certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
