$3,368- 3,430 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
8-hour day shifts; Monday-Friday; AM 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00; no weekends Start date: 10/05/2026 Travel assignment in a hospital imaging department; local rate option based on distance from the facility Responsibilities Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures (includingSPECT/CT, PET/CT
when applicable) following established physician protocols. Prepare, administer, and monitor radiopharmaceuticals, adhering to safety, regulatory, and infection-control guidelines. Operate imaging equipment (gamma cameras, PET/CT, SPECT/CT) and conduct daily quality control, calibration, and routine maintenance as required.- Assess patient history and prepare patients for procedures; provide clear pre
- and post-procedure instructions to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in a scientific field with a certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program, or an associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology with 2 years of experience by date of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR current at hire Experience in Molecular/Nuclear Imaging preferred (SPECT/CT/PET/MR/Optical fusion Imaging) Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology; familiarity with NMIS, RIS, and HIS; ability to work effectively in a hospital imaging setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to instruct patients and collaborate with team members Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Start date aligned with assignment needs Travel-support framework through the recruiting organization Local rate option for candidates residing within 50 miles of the assignment location (local rate is $10 less than the posted bill rate) Find more opportunities If you'd like to explore other openings available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply to view additional travel assignments and roles.Please note:
