Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Advance your healthcare career by providing exceptional nuclear medicine imaging services in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in nuclear medicine technology and advanced imaging skills, ready to make a difference in patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
Contract position (duration to be discussed during interview)
Qualifications:
Active ARRT or NMTCB certification required BLS certification mandatory Licensed or pending licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Illinois (IL state radiology license) Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nuclear medicine experience Level 1 Trauma experience highly valued Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in fast-paced hospital environments Outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures with precision, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients Operate complex imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to nuclear medicine imaging Accurately document patient information, imaging data, and procedure records Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control guidelines Deliver compassionate care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times Collaborate efficiently with fellow technologists, medical staff, and support teams for optimal patient outcomes
