Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Take your nuclear medicine expertise to the next level in a dynamic hospital environment, where your imaging skills will directly impact patient care outcomes. This contract position requires a detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist experienced in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services using state-of-the-art equipment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Rotating weekend on-call responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Certification or registry as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or NMTCB) Demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine procedures and imaging protocols Strong understanding of radiation safety and quality assurance standards Previous hospital-based imaging experience Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under fast-paced conditions Excellent communication and patient care skills
Core Responsibilities:
Perform a range of nuclear medicine imaging studies according to physician orders, delivering precise and timely results Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of imaging equipment Maintain compliance with safety procedures, governing regulations, and facility guidelines Support patient education, preparation, and post-procedure care with professionalism and empathy Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to optimize workflow and patient outcomes You will be part of a team that values clinical expertise, integrity, and compassionate care.
