Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting patient diagnostics as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in imaging and nuclear medicine technology within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours; scheduling details provided during interview
Preferred Qualifications:
Active certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficient with imaging equipment and nuclear medicine procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images Evaluate images for technical quality and diagnostic accuracy Observe strict safety protocols to protect patients, themselves, and fellow staff Accurately document all procedures and maintain required records Assist radiologists and physicians in interpreting imaging results Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation
