Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Elevate your career as a PET/CT Technologist, utilizing your expertise in advanced imaging and nuclear medicine. This contract opportunity offers a professional work environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment and highly collaborative teams. Your specialized skills will support the highest quality of patient care across multiple premier locations.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Four 10-hour shifts each week
Key Qualifications:
Active CNMT or ARRT(N) certification, plus NMTCB(CT), ARRT(R), or ARRT(CT) Valid New York State license in Nuclear Medicine and CT Current BLS for Healthcare certification Experience working with GE Discovery IQ equipment desired Demonstrated expertise in nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Willingness to travel between assignment sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct sophisticated PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging procedures for diagnosis and treatment planning Ensure precise operation and calibration of GE Discovery IQ equipment Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Deliver compassionate patient care and provide clear procedural explanations to patients Adhere to all safety protocols, radiation regulations, and industry best practices Assist with departmental workflow and contribute to process improvement initiatives
