Full-Time | Diagnostic Imaging |
Hospital-Based Role Shift:
Days We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a collaborative diagnostic imaging team in an acute care hospital environment. This role is ideal for a technologist who is passionate about patient care, precision imaging, and working with advanced nuclear medicine technology . Key Responsibilities Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including SPECT and PET systems (as applicable) Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the imaging process Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and imaging team members Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection control policies, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Certified or registry‑eligible as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT‑N) Active state licensure or eligibility (if required by state regulations) Knowledge of radiation safety, radiopharmaceutical handling, and imaging protocols Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient‑centered care Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting PET or advanced imaging experience Strong comfort working independently while collaborating within a team Why Consider This Role? Pay:
$37.00 - $55.00 per hour
