CNMT/NMTCB

certificate (either accepted) BLS (AHA) GE machine experience

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

Required Qualifications Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Experience:

NMT-NY Certifications:

N-ARRT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

SSN Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References:

1 Reference in entire work history Previous travel experience strongly encouraged Venipuncture experience required Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this ENITRE panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need. Effective Immediately, You MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
