Nuclear Medicine Technologist travels for a 13-week assignment in a hospital setting, delivering high-quality imaging diagnostics to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate nuclear medicine imaging for diagnostic purposes Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure appropriate imaging procedures Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety standards Document patient histories, procedures, and related information accurately in the electronic medical records system Educate patients about the imaging process, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the procedure Work weekend call shifts with negligible on-call responsibilities Work independently and follow safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field NMTCB certification or ARRT (N) certification BLS certification At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Familiarity with NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification standards
