Job Description

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Full-time schedule Flexible shifts may be available depending on facility needs

Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field Current ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification required Advanced experience with PET imaging techniques Active South Carolina licensure for Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist BLS certification through the American Heart Association At least 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred Proficient in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate PET and nuclear medicine imaging equipment to perform high-quality procedures Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols Evaluate acquired images for diagnostic quality and accuracy Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to all federal and state safety and patient care regulations Effectively communicate procedure details and instructions to patients Work collaboratively with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care
