Qualifications:
Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (such as ARRT(N) or NMTCB) Valid state licensure or eligibility in Nuclear Medicine (as applicable) Previous experience in nuclear medicine/imaging strongly preferred Familiarity with standard imaging equipment and safety protocols Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental standards Prepare and administer radioactive pharmaceuticals as required Operate imaging equipment and ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records Uphold a compassionate and professional approach to patient care
