Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding environment as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, delivering high-quality imaging services to support patient diagnosis and care. Key Qualifications:
Registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N, CNMT, or equivalent) Proficient with imaging equipment and software utilized in nuclear medicine Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting strongly preferred Strong commitment to patient safety, comfort, and privacy Thorough understanding of radiopharmaceutical preparation, administration, and disposal Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating well with multidisciplinary teams Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Schedule:
12-hour shifts
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct complex diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures with precision and care Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols Evaluate imaging results and ensure high-quality, accurate images for physician interpretation Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, following regulatory requirements Practice strict radiation safety standards, protecting patients, visitors, and staff Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process Regularly inspect and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance
