Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CRNA for a 60-day assignment in California, commencing Jan 4, 2027. This role encompasses a dynamic schedule with weekday shifts dedicated to general cases, elective surgeries, and trauma, while nights and weekends focus on covering inpatient, add-on cases, and additional trauma. The successful candidate will contribute to a busy anesthesiology department, providing comprehensive care across various surgical specialties. Responsibilities and Duties Perform anesthesia for weekday OR cases, including general, ortho, neuro, spine, ophthalmology, and OB. Manage anesthesia for add-on and inpatient cases during nights and weekends. Cover trauma cases during both weekday and night/weekend shifts. Provide anesthesia services for neurosurgery and OB during night and weekend shifts. Collaborate with another CRNA during night shifts, with one assigned to the OR and one to OB. Note that night and weekend shifts do not include elective surgeries, and open heart cases are excluded from the scope of practice.
Additional Information EMR System:
Epic Shift schedule includes 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM, 7:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, and 7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM.
During night shifts, the staffing mix includes two
CRNAs:
