Job Description

Description 77 Consultants is actively seeking PAs & AP Nursing professionals, including CRNAs, to join our dedicated team in Walnut Creek. This on-site contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality care within a dynamic medical practice environment. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered services, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring the efficient operation of our practice. The role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $320 to $340, providing a rewarding compensation package for your invaluable contributions to the team. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals Assist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients Conduct comprehensive physical assessments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on health management and wellness Maintain accurate and updated patient records Requirements
  • Position:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Duration of Coverage:
  • Immediate start for 3 months, with the option to extend; longer commitments of up to 6 months will be considered.
  • Shift Requirements:
  • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, incorporating a blend of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
  • On-Call Duties:
  • No on-call responsibilities required.
  • Procedure Types:
  • The CRNA will provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, gynecology, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, and podiatry. Familiarity with robotic and laparoscopic techniques is essential, as well as experience with high-risk obstetrics, as these facilities manage a significant volume of complex OB cases.
  • Anesthesia Model and Supervision:
  • This role operates within a Care Team Model, primarily working independently; however, opportunities for optional supervision are available for those interested.
  • Electronic Medical Record System:
  • Experience with EPIC is required.
  • Certification Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess Board Certification, as well as current BLS and ACLS certifications.
