Job Description

Join a collaborative, high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Center in Colorado Springs, supporting a predictable outpatient practice dedicated exclusively to gastroenterology procedures. This role suits experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking an excellent work-life balance in a fast, efficient ASC environment. Practice details

Gastroenterology (outpatient only) Anesthesia model: Propofol-only Case mix: High-volume, efficient GI procedures
Employment:
Full-time preferred or PRN; new graduates welcome Scheduling and compensation Flexible full-time options: 3 × 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) — base salary $225,000-$250,000 (DOE) 4 × 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) — base salary $280,000-$315,000 (DOE) Option to pick up additional shifts for increased earnings Productivity bonus (details forthcoming) PRN opportunities available Full benefits available at 30+ hours/week Benefits (Full-time, W-2) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Six weeks paid time off: Five weeks personal PTO One week (5 days) CME $2,500 annual CME reimbursement Employer-paid licensure, certification fees, and malpractice insurance Work-life advantages No call, nights, weekends, or holiday coverage Consistent, predictable schedule with a maximum 10-hour workday ASC-only practice with structured workflow Qualifications Graduate of an accredited CRNA program NBCRNA certification current Active Colorado CRNA license or eligibility to obtain licensure Open to both new graduates and experienced CRNAs Location Situated at the base of Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs combines stunning mountain scenery, abundant outdoor recreation, a vibrant food and arts scene, and over 300 days of sunshine—ideal for those who value an active lifestyle alongside a rewarding clinical role.
