Job Description

Locum CRNA Opportunity High-Acuity Academic Health System Level I Trauma 6-Month Contract Coastal Connecticut A leading academic medical center in coastal Connecticut is seeking experienced full-time locum CRNAs to join their team starting as soon as credentialed. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling, high-acuity case variety, and the chance to practice within a Level I trauma center at one of the most respected health systems in the region. Assignment Highlights:

Contract Length:
Minimum 6-month commitment required
Schedule:
MondayFriday, 4x10 or 3x12-hour shifts (Fridays required)
Shift Time:
9:00 AM 9:00
PM Call:
Not required Full-time only (3640 hours/week); no part-time or flexible scheduling Weekend availability appreciated when short-staffed Orientation hours are fully billable
Clinical Environment:
Academic health system with multiple hospital sites in coastal Connecticut Level I trauma designation with high-acuity surgical cases
EMR:
EPIC Must be comfortable floating between two hospital campuses Supportive team culture and efficient OR operations
Case/Procedure Requirements:
CRNAs must be experienced and comfortable with: General, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastrointestinal, Urologic, Gynecologic, ENT, Ophthalmologic, and healthy Pediatric cases Prior Level I trauma center experience is strongly preferred Board Certification (NBCRNA) required Must hold or be eligible for Connecticut licensure DEA license required About the
