We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a large, well-established anesthesia practice serving two hospitals in beautiful Central Florida. Whether you're an experienced CRNA or a new graduate, this is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team while enjoying a competitive compensation package, flexible scheduling, and an excellent quality of life. Position Highlights Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities available New graduates are encouraged to apply Competitive annual compensation ranging from $220,000-$240,000 , based on experience PRN rate of approximately $150/hour Sign-on bonus up to $45,000 Annual retention bonus of $15,000-$20,000 Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Flexible self-scheduling Multiple shift options available: 8-hour 10-hour 12-hour 16-hour 24-hour shifts No traditional overnight call Only one weekend shift per month Generous paid time off: 320 hours PTO during years 1-3 360 hours PTO beginning in year 4 $3,000 annual CME allowance Clinical Practice You'll enjoy working with a diverse and challenging case mix, including: Cardiac Trauma Neuro Vascular Orthopedic Spine ENT Gastroenterology General Surgery No Obstetrics (OB) or Pediatrics. Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current NBCRNA certification Eligible for or currently holding a Florida APRN License Excellent communication and teamwork skills New graduates welcome Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
