Job Description:

Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA. Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics. No OB, hearts, or pediatrics Average surgical volume of 3600 cases annually. There are 2 Physicians on to start the day. Supervision model and/or doing own case(s) as needed.
