Your expertise will ensure safe and effective pain management, allowing patients to undergo surgical and medical procedures with confidence. You'll collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team, utilizing your critical care experience and advanced knowledge to provide top-notch patient assessment and monitoring. This is a 1099 position and must own Malpractice, it is 3 days a week Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday . Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve! What you'll do Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plans tailored to individual needs. Manage airway complications and ensure effective ventilation during procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs continuously, adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary for optimal outcomes. Document all medical information accurately , adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with surgeon , OR manager and nursing staff to ensure seamless procedural workflows. Provide pain management solutions post-operatively, enhancing recovery experiences for patients. Stay current with NCQA standards and best practices in anesthesiology to maintain high-quality care. Basic qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with CRNA certification from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to anesthesia practice. Preferred qualifications Experience in critical care settings such as ICU or emergency departments enhancing your ability to cater to diverse patient population Background in plastics is a plus Proven skills in medication administration and injections, ensuring safe delivery of anesthetic agents.
