Multiple CRNA's Desired for Permanent Opportunity with hard working but easy-going group. New Grads and Experienced welcomed for a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in a hospital setting with unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture. Weeks PTO Highlights:

Autonomy:
CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia 2.
Support:
Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision 3.
Mentorship:
Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence What Our Client Offers 1.
Base Salary:
$315,900 annually 2.
Earning Potential:
Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week) 3. $10,000 relocation assistance 4. $20,000 retention bonus (possibly) Ideal candidates will have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia.
