Group is owned by 3 individuals who currently take all the call to allow an unmatched work-life balance (7-8 weeks paid vacation!) for the rest of the group. Call is allowed to be taken, for extra income potential, it just isn't required.

Autonomy:

CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia

Support:

Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision

Mentorship:

Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence

What Our Client Offers Base Salary:

$315,900 annually

Earning Potential:

Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week) $10,000 relocation assistance $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment) - other options available for 3 and 4-year commitments
