Locums About the Facility This community hospital maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support autonomous anesthesia care delivery. The facility accommodates a range of surgical specialties, including obstetric and regional anesthesia services, within a structured clinical environment. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address additional staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility Location Southeastern, Iowa About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day and call shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Iowa, following a schedule of Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with call coverage incorporated into select days and weekends. The surgical case mix includes bread and butter, obstetric, and regional block procedures; proficiency in regional blocks is required, and the ability to perform PICC lines is preferred. Call coverage is required on a beeper call rotation of 1:3. An active Iowa license, board certification, prescriptive authority, and a minimum of five years of malpractice history are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
