- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia
- Board Eligible or Board Certified CRNA
- Meet recertification requirements
- Unrestricted Iowa CRNA license or eligibility
- Current unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as applicable
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
