Feb 16-20, March 23-27, March 30-April 3, April 13-19, May 11-15, May 25-29, June 8-12, ongoing 5 weeks on/1 week off

Hours:

7 am•4 pm Call hours: 4 pm•7 am

Call Scheduled:

OR and OB call•Primary and Secondary call Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient in

Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals License Requirements:

COI•IN PCF required

Credentialing Timeframe:
