Call Ratio:

Yes, every night in OR. Call backs are minimal but avg is 2.5 per Month. Sometimes can be called in for difficult intubations in the ER.

Call Back response time:

1 hour.

Case Mix:

Gen, ORTHO, Ophthalmology, Pain mgt, Gyn, Pod. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks epidurals.

Patient Demographic/ages:

Mainly older. Medicaid Medicare patients. # of Surgical Cases per day: Heavy Endo, 15 minute turnovers # of
