This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new start-up program within NorthStar Anesthesia. You'll be joining a highly supportive environment with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, diverse case mix, strong financial package, and a collaborative team culture.

Staffing Model:

1 Anesthesiologist 2 CRNAs Weekly Points of Service Monday

• Wednesday:

  2 POS Thursday

• Friday:

  3 POS Schedule Monday-Friday, Surgery Center Lifestyle Typical clinical hours: 40 hours / week Typical clinical schedule: 7am
• 3pm No nights / No Call / No weekends

Bread-and-butter outpatient cases, including:

General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Urology, GI Base Salary:

$240,000

Sign-On Bonus:

South Kansas City SurgiCenter is a multi-specialty facility that specializes in surgical and procedural services for adults and children. It is an accredited surgery center located in Overland Park, KS and is a part of the HCA system. This is one of NorthStar Anesthesia's newest start-ups, expected to go-live June 25th, 2026!
