Description Call and no call positions available. Salina Regional Health Center is expanding specialty care access with a new 90,000-square-foot, three-story multispecialty clinic and outpatient surgery center designed to support physician efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth while serving patients across central and western Kansas. The integrated facility brings clinic services, imaging, therapy, surgery, laboratory, and pharmacy together in one location to streamline workflows and enhance coordinated care. The first floor features an orthopedic clinic, a 5,000-square-foot therapy gym, and on-site imaging; the second floor houses general surgery, gastroenterology, and ENT specialty clinics; and the third floor includes a state-of-the-art surgery center with six robotic-ready operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and 38 pre- and post-operative bays. Designed with flexible clinical space, modern technology, and dedicated physician support areas, the center promotes efficient patient flow, practice growth, and a collaborative environment that supports both provider productivity and patient experience.
