The Role:
Assignment duration: 12/7/2026 - 3/8/2027 State license required: Yes, State of KY; open to licensing
Shift Type:
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30).
Regular Hours:
Required.
Cases:
Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
OT:
NO OT Site Charting System:
Epic. Are MDs supervising
CRNAs:
Yes — medically directed; Attending anesthesiologists provide direction and typically supervise with residents present. What is the CRNA to MD ratio: Typically 2:1 or 3:1 (
MD:
CRNA); can be up to 4:1 for low-acuity cases. Are MDs doing their own cases: Attending usually has a resident in the other room and focuses on teaching while supervising. Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license:
