Job Description

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Lexington, Kentucky at a Level 1 Trauma Center. This is a structured hospital-based assignment with strong case variety and academic exposure. The facility is actively willing to license qualified providers. Position Overview Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center) Full-time commitment required (must work 4 weeks per month) 13-week contract starting May 18, 2026 Willing to license in Kentucky 90-day credentialing timeframe
Schedule Preference:
4x10-hour shifts Open to 8s, 10s, or 12s 7:00 AM start ( -hour unpaid lunch) Facility prioritizes candidates open to 10:00 AM start times (10-hour shifts) Providers must be available every week (no week-on/week-off) Practice Environment Medical direction model CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists, residents, and anesthesia techs Typical ratios: 2:1 or 3:1 (Anesthesiologist to CRNA)
