Location:
Lexington, Kentucky Start Date:
September 21, 2026 (Flexible start dates available after August)
Duration:
13 weeks with extension opportunities

Providers Practice Setting:
Level I Trauma Center Schedule Full-time 4 x 10-hour shifts per week 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Facility prefers candidates available for 10:00 AM start times with 10-hour shifts No call Providers must be available to work every week (4 weeks per month)
Clinical Details Patient Population:
Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics (No neonates)
Average Daily Case Volume:
1-9 patients
EMR:
Epic Case Types:
Orthopedics Trauma Vascular Neurosurgery Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) No Cardiac or OB cases
Required Clinical Skills:
Intubation Central Line Placement Arterial Line Placement Line Placement Medically directed practice alongside Anesthesiologists, Residents, CRNAs, and Anesthesia Technicians Minimum Requirements NBCRNA Certification Active Kentucky CRNA License or willingness to obtain one Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience (No new graduates) Recent experience in a large medical center Level I Trauma experience required
