Job Summary Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a highly collaborative Department of Anesthesia. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment delivering high-quality anesthesia and pain management care. About the Department You will join a large, integrated anesthesia team that includes: 50+ physicians 24 anesthesia residents 20+ CRNAs Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, technicians, and administrative staff The department provides state-of-the-art anesthesia and pain management services for approximately 25,000 cases annually across all anesthetizing locations. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Full-time positions available Flexible Monday Friday scheduling No weekend or overnight call requirements Qualifications Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Active Massachusetts APRN licensure through the Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN) ACLS certification required Recent graduates or pending graduates welcome to apply (must be eligible for NBCRNA National Certification Exam and obtain MA APRN licensure) Compensation Annual base salary: $286,400 plus benefits
