1.5x on holidays (no 32 hours guaranteed on holiday weeks) Conversion fee: $18k max Facility reimbursements: Flight, hotel, rental car What You'll Do Provide anesthesia services for adult and pediatric general surgical cases Deliver regional anesthesia including IV regional anesthesia Perform spinal anesthesia and epidural anesthesia as indicated Participate in anesthesia care for obstetrical cases Support neurosurgical cases as part of the surgical schedule Work in a collaborative OR environment across main OR and endoscopy Use Meditech Expanse documentation/EMR system What You Need Required Active CRNA certification/license Ability to work in a supervised model (CRNA can be supervised or work independently per case needs) Preferred Experience across a mix of main OR and endoscopy anesthesia cases (adult/pediatric general surgery, regional, OB, neurosurgery) About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts supporting a busy OR/endoscopy service with a collaborative team. Cases include general surgery (adult/pediatric) , regional anesthesia (including IV regional), spinal/epidural , plus obstetrical and neurosurgical opportunities across multiple operating rooms . This role is scheduled for 8-hour shifts over a 6-month contract with a locum-to-perm conversion timeline at 6 months .
