Pay package includes items listed above; no additional pay details beyond $184.25/hr provided What You ll Do Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases , including management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process Deliver anesthesia under supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, post-op) Use Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records, following safety and protocol standards What You Need Required Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credentials/licensure to practice Ability to provide anesthesia care across perioperative settings Comfort documenting in Epic EMR (training/support may be provided by facility as needed) Preferred Experience with general surgery anesthesia and exposure to neurosurgical/spinal anesthesia cases Prior hospital-based anesthesia team experience (facility/volume details provided for context) About the Assignment Join a hospital-based anesthesia team at a Michigan Level II Trauma Center . You ll work across multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments based on need and support a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases , with a focus on general surgical care and opportunities to engage in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia.
