Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) What You'll Do Provide anesthesia support in a hospital setting for patients aged 12+ Support staff in a Care Team Model with a 4:1 patient-to-provider ratio Support specialized procedures (no blocks, epidurals, or spinals) Cover planned shifts including occasional overnight or weekend calls (not mandatory) Support patient care across multiple shift lengths (8, 10, 12 hours) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level III tertiary facility using Epic EMR Support patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures

What You Need Required:

MN RN license & CRNA credential

ACLS/BLS

Tier 2 certifications At least 1 year of CRNA experience Ability to work 2+ consecutive weeks per month for the first three months

Preferred:
