Job Description

Specialty State MN Location 800 E 28th St, Minneapolis, MN, Requirements fixed Must live 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern to be considered! MN is not a compact state Skills checklist required at time of submission! Supervised modelLooking for full time coverage.

REQUIRED
Two consecutive weeks per month for first three months of assignment. Orientation Shifts begin on the second Monday of every month. 3 Orientation shifts required.

REQUIRED
At least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months of the assignment. After three months client may honor every other week schedule.
Shift Details:
8 10 and 12 hour shifts available.
Schedule:
6:30-3pm 6:30-5pm 6:30-7pm
Work Details:
Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over bring supplies etc. Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE Patient population/age: 12 Department description: Tertiary facility
EMR:
Epic Special procedures: Specialized care CRNA do not perform any blocks a-lines epidurals or spinals.

ACLS/BLS
Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Multisource required upon hire Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe:
90-120 Days
    OT:
    1.5x normal rate OT rule: Daily overtime is only applicable if your scheduled shift length is changed on the same day in QGenda and/or by your on-site manager. If additional hours are added before the scheduled shift date overtime does not apply. All overtime must be approved by ANW and documented in QGenda to be eligible for payment.
