Jan 2026- Ongoing Schedule Scheduled shifts only NO call, NO weekends 1 4 shifts per week 8-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM Coverage dates needed: 2/4, 2/13, 2/16, 2/18 2/20, 3/4, 3/12 3/13, 3/18, 3/20, 3/26 3/27 Practice Setting Critical Access Hospital OR-based, outpatient-focused (day-only surgery with limited inpatient cases) Average daily census: cases 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room Patient population: Pediatrics to geriatrics Case Mix Endoscopy (Upper & Lower GI) Urology, Podiatry Orthopedics (Carpal Tunnel, Total Hips/Knees) General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication) Potential ENT & Pediatric cases (Tubes, Tonsils) No heads, hearts, or OB Anesthesia General & MAC only No regional blocks Support & Resources Strong support team including: Day Surgery/PAT RN RN Circulators & Surgical Techs Perioperative leadership CRNA Chief + 2 full-time CRNAs Chief of Surgery (MD)
