Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) administers anesthetics during surgical, obstetrical, and medical procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer anesthetics, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient needs during procedures. Assist with patient positioning and post-anesthesia care, including supervising student and resident training. Maintain accurate records, disassemble and clean equipment, and report equipment issues.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited MSN, DNP, or
DNAP CNRA
program, with current RN licensure and eligibility for AANA certification as a CRNA. New graduates are welcome; no prior experience beyond education is required.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of anesthetic procedures, excellent patient monitoring, communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a healthcare team. Physical and mental abilities to perform essential job functions are necessary. This role offers full-time employment with benefits, including a commitment bonus, annual stipend, CME allowance, and relocation support.
