SRNA Hiring Stipend $45,000 lump sum payment to the SRNA while in school in return for a 36-month commitment upon graduation from CRNA school. When they start employment/convert to CRNA position at Duke, they will be eligible for a $60,000 commitment bonus (paid in 10,000 installments every 6 months within 3 years) Upon commencement of work as a CRNA, all FTE CRNAs working in a hospital setting are offered a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0FTEs (or prorated for
