Position Summary:
This is an opportunity to work alongside military and civilian healthcare professionals while providing high-quality anesthesia care for active-duty service members, military families, retirees, and eligible beneficiaries Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments Develop individualized anesthesia care plans Administer monitored anesthesia care, regional anesthesia, and general anesthesia Manage patient airways and physiologic status throughout surgical procedures Monitor and respond to patient reactions during anesthesia. Manage fluid therapy and invasive monitoring Document anesthesia care accurately throughout all phases of treatment Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and monitor recovery Deliver safe anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties and patient populations
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing from a Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) accredited program Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 4 years of experience administering general and regional anesthesia, including major vascular, neurosurgical, thoracic, and complex surgical procedures Current unrestricted RN/APRN license in the state where services are performed (license portability does not apply) National Provider Identifier (NPI) U.S. Citizenship required
