Call:

7 AM•3 PM weekdays. Call 3 PM•7

AM Call Ratio:

1:5. with weekend coverage every 5th weekend. Hours 3 pm•7 am. Responsible for Epidurals after hours. Call back for OR is rare but occasionally call CRNA will cover the OR after 1630 if cases are still running.

Case Mix:

Must be proficient in epidural placement, spinals/ITN in obese patients, and comfortable with pediatric patients. GS, Ortho, Urology, Gyn surgery, Podiatry. Occasional moderate procedural sedation in the ER # of Surgical Cases per year. 22,00. # of cases/month: 200.

Support Staff:

Established practice with experienced 4 CRNA's and 1 Anesthesiologist support

Supervision and Ratio:

Medical direction in the OR and CRNA only for endoscopy and labor and delivery Active License Certifications required:

ACLS, BLS
