Responsibilities Dartmouth Health's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a skilled and adaptable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia team, practicing across both academic and community hospital settings. This role is ideal for CRNAs who value a mixed practice, offering both solo case management and participation in an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model. All facilities are within a 35-mile radius, providing manageable, congestion-free commutes and an excellent work-life balance. What This Position Offers Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients across academic and community hospitals. Manage a range of anesthesia cases, including solo cases and those performed within an ACT model. Deliver anesthesia services across multiple specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, and more. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care.
