3 operating rooms Job Requirements Active CRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience required DEA and CSR required AHA-issued BLS and ACLS (and other required certifications as applicable) Proof of competency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required) State CRNA license preferred (or ability to obtain NM licensure timely) Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care across a broad case mix: endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatrics, general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, ENT, acute pain management, and outpatient procedures Perform regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks Practice independently in a collaborative CRNA model (no supervision required) Provide perioperative anesthesia care in the operating room and support emergent cases as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in MedAxion EMR Participate in scheduled call coverage with a 20-minute response time; support perioperative and emergency anesthesia needs Why Taos, NM?
