Job Description

Description This contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a dynamic medical practice, providing high-quality anesthesia care and ensuring patient safety during surgical procedures. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses. Your expertise will play a critical part in supporting the surgical team and optimizing patient outcomes Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans Evaluate patient history and conditions to make informed anesthesia decisions Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide patient care Respond to any complications or emergencies that may arise Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia Requirements Associate's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Active CRNA license Experience in a clinical environment Strong understanding of anesthetic techniques and pharmacology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking capabilities Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Schedule:
8 or 10-hour day shifts, specific dates No call required
EMR:
Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel and expenses
